大四GPA过低会撤回offer吗

楼主接了Cornell MEng ECE的offer，但是大四上GPA过低只有2.5不到，大四下拉到3.0以上也比较困难。想问一下Cornell会因为大四GPA过低撤回offer吗？我在Admission Letter上看到这么一句话：Our offer of admission is contingent upon your satisfactory completion of the degree program in which you are currently enrolled, if applicable, and on you continuing to uphold high standards of character in academic and non-academic pursuits. 这个是要求Academic performance 还是学术诚信啊。
