打算加拿大补办f1，没有美国驾照后续如何取回护照？

目前计划去多伦多补办f1美签。面签预约网站上说必须要有带照片的证件核对姓名和地址，我没有美国驾照，国内护照和学生证啥的都没有地址信息，这种情况下如何取回护照？
“Enter name and address as shown on a government issued Photo ID of the person picking up your documents. This person must be an adult.
The best proof of identity and residence is a Canadian or U.S. driver’s license.
If you are not a resident of Canada, you must present your U.S. driver's license. If you do not have a U.S. driver's license, please name a person that could present the documents mentioned before and pick up your documents in your behalf.
The courier clerk will release documents only if the ID presented by the person picking up documents matches the information entered below.”
