UTD申请推荐信系统上传推荐信失败

这几天收到推荐教授的消息说推荐信总是上传不了，并且还会出现提示The insert operation is not allowed. The field “EmailSent” on “Recommendation” is not accessible for the running user！求求地里的朋友们有了解情况的给解答一下是怎么回事！！！拜托拜托🥺！
