结果却是大大的惊喜，充分诠释了尽人事听天命。

整个过程和律师的交流其实不多(现在看他们是属于人狠话不多型的)，我除了尽量完善questionnaire（找到了本科时期考的计算机二级三级证书），也只是在一两封往来邮件中简要地提出我对于教育背景和工作岗位关联性的理解（比如本科成绩单上的5-6门与cs沾点边的课程）。我从始至终没有提供上述链接贴里提到的expert opinion letter/ employment verification letter/ job duty chart/ work samples ==



值得注意的是，从LCA到H1b file间隔了三周，律师给我的update是" we are in the process of finalizing the application and currently pending the education equivalency from our third-party evaluator." 这个education equivalency可能发挥了至关重要的作用。

今天我给律师的邮件中再次向他表示感谢的同时问他"Just out of curiosity, which material do you think played a decisive role -- Education equivalency? Bachelor transcript? or the National exam certificate?"

律师的回复:" Definitely was happy when I saw it was approved! Yes, I believe listing your education experience on the support letter and obtaining the education equivalency helped the case. Once we receive the physical approval notice, we can make the application visible to you for your records."
