求助！！nyu gsas 说toefl一直没送到分

3.8突然收到nyu邮件说托福成绩单一直没收到，由于我2.21就送分了，我看官网写着10个工作日才能收到并更新状态，我就想着再等几天。直到15号还是没有complete ，然后我给学校打电话他们就是说没收到，也不愿意继续找，态度就是爱答不理的，意思就是我说没收到就是没收到。就在通话过程中查了一下说没有。但是我问ets也说确实送到了，2.23就处理了，2.28完成的送分订单。
由于官网说要在3.1之前所有材料complete ，但邮件发来又是说要在4.1之前收到toefl成绩单，所以现在我就完全不知道该怎么办了，请问uu们我可以要求之前tandon成功送分的材料给他们吗？这样是否可行？或者有没有其他办法啊？

* Official TOEFL score (Must be sent via ETS, code: 2596) OR Official IELTS score (Contact your test center directly and request that your test scores be sent electronically to New York University, Graduate School of Arts and Science, New York, NY. An institutional code is not required.)
If we do not receive the missing credentials by Friday, April 1, 2022 your application will be withdrawn as incomplete.
