时间线：
10.25.2021 提交完成application （在这之前推荐信就submit好了）
11.09号北京时间0点56分收到面试邀请。要求去kira上面完成interview assessment （要在收到邮件的一周之内做完）
细节不说了，我只说问了啥吧。然后我拖了一周 刚去做完的。
第一个问题口语回答： neu如何符合你未来5年的计划，10年呢？30s准备，1min回答。
第二个问题口语回答：Please give me an example of a time when you were just about to finish your assignment and a last-minute requirement was added to complete it. How did you overcome this challenge and what was the result? 45s准备，90s回答 （这个是我在地里的面经贴的准备到的原题）
第三个问题是写作题：Please tell us about a time when you were working in a group setting, and you made a mistake or an error in judgement that impacted the other members. How did you personally help resolve the problem? What was your solution? （10min 倒计时写作，写作题我都没有准备，因为好像也没有字数要求，感觉情景类型的描述清楚没有语法错误应该就可以了。）
第四个问题口语回答：Please tell me about a time when you got involved in your school or work community outside of your required tasks. 30s准备 1min回答（这个也是我准备到的原题）
