【紧急】uu们，托福成绩2个月前就寄送了学校却说没收到，是我院系代码没写对吗？

uu们！着急！
我申请的是master的项目！我9.15就增送TOEFL成绩单送到usc了，但是昨天graduate admission给我发邮件说没收到。
问如下几个问题，请求知道的uu们解答！！DIY实在不易，求求大家指个路呜呜呜
1.学校对寄送成绩的明确要求：要学校代码，不用院系代码。
All test scores must be sent electronically and not by postal mail. If you are sending TOEFL scores, the institution code for USC is 4852 (no department code is required). To submit your IELTS results to USC, please select the "University of Southern California" from the list of available institutions. You do not need to include any information for the USC department to which you are applying.
学校代码我也没填错啊，01-graduate选择的也应该没问题吧，但是院系代码不能不填，我就填了一个other social sciences。所以是这里的院系代码选错了导致学校没收到吗？？？（一般不是说院系代码选哪个都无所谓吗）
2.我的托福增送信息页面上显示的状态是:已受理（2021.9.15）。这个是送成功了还是没送成功的意思？
