刚才 email 大概问了一下 CMU 对托福的要求：

It seems that except MCDS, MHCI, other programs are not requiring hard minimum scores for TOEFL subsections. But from the undergraduate admission page, I could still see a column that requires all subsections scores to be at least 25. So, for (post-)graduate application in CS， is there any clarification on the general TOEFL requirements?

官方的回复是，所有项目对托福的要求是统一的，因为这个是 University 的决定。

呜呜，所以按照这个说法感觉这个25＋ * 4是cmu的全校硬性规定了？为什么还看到有些人在讨论口语小分22-23这样的录取经历？好难过，不是很想为了口语再考一遍，但是这个回复看起来是对英语要求还是蛮死的。
