急，求助！想问下找Emma更改OPT地址后是否需要还邮寄AR-11

我几周前才网申了stem opt。因为网上遇到一些technical问题无法网上正确提交change of address，所以联系USCIS的Emma更改地址，更改完后给了我一个以YSC结尾的referral number。本想再确认一遍，没想到客服突然挂断，随即联系第二个客服。第二个客服却说他们无权更改地址，说就算我拿到referral number，还是需要自己再邮寄一份AR-11 form到USCIS。可是我在网上找到的AR-11 form早已于今年3月过期，遂联系了第三个客服。我把情况说给他听以后，该客服却说我不需要再提交AR-11 form，让我等30天就行。因为前后说法太不一致，所以想求助大家：
1） 客服手动更改地址后，是否需要再邮寄AR-11去USCIS？
2） 如果不需要，30天后自己的USCIS account会更新新的地址吗？还是会收到别的通知。

补充：第一次联系客服改地址之后，收到如下信息：
Thank you. Your referral number is; T 1 S XXXXXX Y S C . It will normally take 1 5 to 3 0 days for the COA to reflect. If you do not receive an email within that time frame, please reach out back to us. Thank you for contacting the U.S.C.I.S. Contact Center. To save yourself some time, we invite you to explore our online tools at uscis.gov/tools the next time you need to contact us. You can access the same information on that site you currently get by calling or chatting, anytime without the wait. Have a great rest of your day!

提供DP：7.28提交改地址申请，8.26收到通知说已经改好。中间没收到过来自uscis的任何消息。
1） 客服手动更改地址后，是否需要再邮寄AR-11去USCIS？
