请问NEU align的bridge课程可以waive吗?

我准备参加2021 fall的neu cs align项目,我对如何waive课程有一些疑问,网站上说最多waive 两门课,而且如果后续的课本学期没有的话,只能defer成下一学期.
“Align students will be considered for a maximum of two course waivers for one theory and one programming course.”
“If you waive a bridge course and the next course in the sequence is not offered during that semester, you may need to defer your admission in order to maintain your full-time status.”

有人waive成功吗? 想问一下waive成功的经验
我对waive课程的几点疑问
1) one theory and one programming course 是指哪些课程啊? 我感觉只有ood是programming的,其他的bridge都是theory的
2) 最多只能waive两节课吗? 之前看到了一个人提到有人把全部bridge都waive了,那应该是相当于4门课了.
3) 是不是第一学期的bridge课程是没法waive的,只能在5004 和 5006+5007这三门课做文章?
4) 如果3)不是的话, 我想要至少waive CS 5001 (Intensive Foundations of Computer Science), CS 5002 (Discrete Structures), 但fall只有online的cs 5004, 而且还快没有位置了; 没有5006/5007, 我可以上一节bridge以后的课程吗? 比如CS5004 + CS560.
5) 如果bridge的课程都上过的话, 可以试图申请转成general吗? 我有些课程可能要这个夏天才能上完,不知道开学以后再提还来得及吗?
