布朗大学托福waiver相关的坑

布朗大学关于托福的waive政策：Students must email 1point3acres.com after they have submitted their application in order to receive the waiver (for applications completed in CollegeNET only)

Applyweb里一直显示awaiting materials-TOEFL.

然而偶然发现在applyweb整个网页的右下角，很小的字，有一个powered by collegeNET.

不确定是不是所有人都知道applyweb和collegenet是一个东西，反正我以前是一点也不知道。。。

而且相关部门也没有就缺材料的事联系申请人，总体来说这个申请体验不好
