Duke MEM 2021 Fall video essay题目分享

这篇是Duke MEM video introduction的分享，也是交了很久，现在才来得及写面经，不知道还能不能给这一届申请的小伙伴们带来心得了，如果赶不上，希望可以对之后申请这个项目的小伙伴带来帮助。
地里有很多video introduction的资源和面经，我在这做一个简单的补充我面试到了哪些题目：

1. How will this degree from Duke Engineering help you to achieve your career goals upon graduation from the Master's program?
2. When working in a team with members from different cultures, how do you ensure that communication is effective?

Tips: 1.这个是两个问题合在一起，3min回答两个问题，有3次提交的机会，把握好这三次机会！！我是录了三遍，感觉总有些小瑕疵，第3遍才交的。
