旧F1+新i20应该不需要重新签证

我是一硕毕业，二硕重新再次申请今年fall的，与美国CBP联系了，说可以不需要新的F1.建议大家都把自己的情况写信给CBP，然后保留回复截屏。为什么要联系CBP大家可以参考我下面感谢帖子的链接，那位朋友讲的特别好！
