第一个模板：询问状态 问候补材料是否收到
Dear Visa officer,
I have applied H1B visa and did onsite interview at U.S. embassy-Beijing (or shanghai….or ,,,,) on xx-xx-xxx (date). During the interview, the officer ask for additional materials be submitted, I did submitted all the required material as instructed on xxxx. I have kept check my case status via online system (ceac.state.gov), but I haven’t seen any update since xx-xxx (date)
Could you please help to check my recent visa application status and could you please confirm that you received all the materials you need to proceed with my case?

My day of birth: ….
My passport number:…..
