You may submit your application and have recommendations sent in afterwards. However, please note that materials received after the application deadline may not be reviewed with you application since review begins the day after the application deadline.
所以是不可以迟交吗？因为最近放寒假了，有些老师也要1月份开学才回来能交了。不知道能赶得上申材料吗？
