求问：配偶的140对F1签证续签的影响

楼主F1-OPT，年底想回国，老公I-140已经被批准了，在排期，没有提交485，老公的140是公司给申请的，所以petitioner是他公司，受益人是他，但是140表里关于配偶信息那栏里有填我的名字，生日，出生国，只有这三个信息
这种情况下，楼主想F1回国会受到影响吗？比如说我有移民倾向什么的
PS：楼主有不得不回的理由，签证已过期4年，需要回国续签，phd工科背景，工作方面的证明应该没问题，phd期间方向敏感，但是自己不偷不抢，又觉得没什么担心关于自己学业的问题。目前还是担心移民倾向这个事情。

第一波：给老公办理140的律师的同事律师，原定给老公办理485的，但是后来因为公司决定换律所以及在排期，所以也没有提交485，办140的律师休假了。

Is it possible to send me the I-140 filing materials? The reason why I am asking is because my wife should not have immigration intent when applying for F1 visa. Even if your wife is mentioned on the company’s I-140, this does not reflect her own intent. The I-140 is the company’s petition, not yours and certainly not your wife’s. She should be fine.
第二波：新律所的律师，将来会帮老公提交485的律师，不确定他们手里有没有老公140的资料。

She may have issues, especially if applying at the same time as you. F-1 does not have immigrant intent and they may impugn your I-140 to her. Why doesn’t she apply for an H-4 visa stamp. That would be safe.
这两波律师给的建议完全相反，也不知道谁会更准确一点，但是心情上更倾向于相信第一波律师，毕竟他们办的140，以及他对他的回复很有信心的样子，所以哎~不知道，纠结，有没有有经验的，交流一下，拉个群也行啊
我也查了一下网上别的律师的说法，说什么的都有，因为法律写的很不清楚，每个律师的理解也不一样
而且有移民倾向这种事是谁查的？VO？还是华盛顿？
