求助，opt改地址之后的流程

求助一个关于改地址的事。
我的申请是4月初寄出的，由于我是五月初毕业，毕业就去别的城市了，所以按ISSS的建议地址写的是ISSS办公室的地址，结果前一阵收到学校邮件说ISSS办公室换地址了，问了之后说让去uscis改地址。
我昨天就把地址改了，修改成功以后页面上同时写着“
IMPORTANT: Be sure to also give your new address to the U.S. Postal Service. You can change your address at usps.com or visit your local
post office. 我按照地址去usps官网上改地址，但是却不成功（他有三个地址选项，individual，family, business, 我选择的是individual，但是修改不成功的页面上显示individual和family地址无法更改）。我也不清楚是为什么，而且我之前应该也没有在usps留下我的地址，请各位大佬告诉我改地址是需要同时改uscis和usps的地址吗?还是说不用管usps?
同时改完以后有一张AR-11Form，请问这张表格是要打印后签字寄出吗？因为我在论坛上看到大家都是在网上改完地址之后一周打电话确认，没有提什么后续流程，所以我上来问一下，因为我也是不太了解这个。谢谢大家！
