急急急！！GRE送分付款失败+report date pending

为什么我送GRE成绩的时候，填完信用卡信息总是提交不成功，出现:We are unable to process your order with the payment information you provided. To try again using a different payment method, please click on the link below. PS：我昨天付款还成功了。。。。还收到了ETS确认信。 问过银行，visa卡额度没问题（建行）
究竟怎么回事？？？
