今天收到了创建SEVP的邮件 但是网站上还没有更新

楼主是去年12月申的opt 等了也快90多天了。
今天收到邮件说
RE: Optional Practical Training Approval - the next step. Create a SEVP Portal account.
Congratulations on the approval of your Optional Practical Training (OPT). You are now ready to create your SEVP Portal account, the next step in the OPT process.
By law, you must report changes to:
* Your address or telephone number
* Employer information
The SEVP Portal is the tool you will use to report these changes. Use the following link to go to the Create SEVP Portal Account page.
这个是说opt申请已经通过了吗？但是在网站上还是现实case received啊。。。
