H1B被拒会影响以后申请么？读博士呢？求各位大神指条明路！

17抽中的H1B被RFE，从11月初RFE reponded之后等到一月底然后PP回来了一个denial。被拒的原因是: the job description is not detailed enough to illustrate the complexity of the role that requires a bachelor's degree. The USCIS quoted a job description of a janitor from some company that requires a bachelor's degree and argued that jobs like janitors do NOT, in fact, need a bachelor's degree, and therefore mine was denied.
现在老板还没决定要不要给我apeeal，或者继续申请，或者两者兼走，或者直接把我炒了，跟老板关系很一般。STEM Extension一直到19年四月。求问H1B被拒之后以后申请会影响抽签和结果么？现在再考虑要不要申请2019Fall的PhD万一18，19两年都抽不上签或者被拒。

大家能不能分析一下，是干脆gap一年专心申请博士呢（我在考虑万一博士读完之后还是同样的H1B抽签政策，想留着最后一年的OPT Extension到时候来用）？还是如果老板不炒我的话继续干下去继续申请博士。万一19年都没拿到H-1B，那就去读博士。博士读完只能求菩萨保佑一次抽签中或者EB1或者找到教职。

顺便求大家分析一下我申请博士的可能性：我本科数学硕士统计运筹都是美国top 30，GPA还凑合，推荐信可以有三个professors三个work colleagues/mentors写，GRE打算重新考之前数学是满分。打算申请商科Operations，sociology，Econ之类的这种quantitative的social sciences专业。19Fall的话是3年全职工作经验，2年part-time intern/research经验。
