rutgers坑爹phd ad

如题 大半夜一个phd的ad, 原来看版上有人报过rutgers的phd转成ms了给了个ad,尼玛 这个让我掏钱读5年phd...5年财产证明。。。怎么不去抢呢。。。唉 还是怪我自己太弱。。。
