{:4_111:}确实没找到Upenn录托福小于100的先例，确实狠激动。本来T没过关，G的aw又2b，觉得应该没希望了。。
看来ME确实好申。。

听说Upenn有发错ad的情况。。希望这次没有。。。。。
之前一直纠结托福写过21分是不是要复议，毕竟裸考也有24。。何况准备了挺多。。现在看来不复议还节省了480RMB，世事无常。。

关于decision300元的怎么看邮件的意思是30天不submit就不保留了啊，看以前的帖好像又是唬人的=。=
