托福作文复议，如果分数没有改变，ETS会不会发邮件通知啊？

本人托福复议，作文分数太低，其他还可以，比较满意。但是3周过去了，ETS没有给复议结果。请问如果复议分数不变，ETS会发邮件通知吗？
最近联系ETS催促，回复的邮件如下：
Thank you for contacting the TOEFL Program
Regarding your inquiry:
Upon receipt of your inquiry concerning the accuracy of your iBT TOEFL® Writing or Speaking scores, we have rescored your essays.
Your scores are confirmed as originally reported.
If you requested a Writing section rescore, your essays have been reviewed through the essay-reading process, which confirmed the scores of the original readers. If you requested a Speaking section rescore, your responses have been reviewed by an independent scorer, who confirmed the scores of the original graders.
是不是说我的复议已经结束了，分数不变啊？感觉这个回复是一个通用的版本。但是我在这之前没有收到任何邮件通知我复议结果出来了，也没有关于复议费用如何的回复。
