大家好，我是李欣泽（Xinze Li）。我将于 2026 年 8 月加入 Florida State University（FSU），担任 Assistant Professor，研究方向聚焦于 人工智能、电力电子与功率半导体制造的交叉领域。We do not simply apply methodology — we renovate technology! You will not only master engineering — you will learn philosophy!
目前计划招收1到2名全额资助博士生，入学时间为 2026 Fall 至 2028 Spring，录取后提供全额经济资助和学费减免。
🔬 研究方向包括但不限于：
AI for power electronics simulation and modeling
AI for power electronics maintenance and reliability
AI for power electronics process automation
AI-based digital twins for power semiconductor fabrication
AI-assisted process optimization for power semiconductor manufacturing
我的科研愿景是构建面向下一代电力电子技术的下一代 AI（Physical AI, Explainable AI, Agentic AI）：让 AI 不只是“套用方法”，而是真正理解物理系统、服务真实工程场景，并推动电力电子系统走向更自适应、更自主、更智能的生命周期管理。
🌱 我期待的 candidate：
重中之重：对科研有热情、对未知有好奇、对权威敢挑战、对困难能坚持、对生活有热爱、对伙伴能互助
具有电力电子、AI、IC design、物理、数学、控制、电子工程、计算机或相关背景
不需要一开始什么都会，但希望你愿意探索大胆想法，也愿意踏实把技术做出来
