全奖博士生项目介绍:3D细胞重建、渲染与生成模型研究
AI-driven 3D Cellular Reconstruction, Rendering, and Generation: This project develops an AI framework for cell-level 3D reconstruction from 2D multimodal spatial data, powered by our unique, large-scale dataset of over 600,000 annotated cells. Using 3D Gaussian Splatting and generative modeling, you will infer volumetric structures of the membrane, cytoplasm, and nucleus for individual cells. By leveraging this massive annotated resource to learn probabilistic structural priors, the project quantifies cellular divergence in health and disease, establishing a new gold standard for AI-driven 3D cellular modeling across any tissue or spatial omics dataset.
