申请美国某州立PhD，今天问了一下申请进展，问到关键问题就不回信了。语言差0.5，该校有provisional admission政策，开学前考出语言可换regular admission。
请问这个回复到底只是单纯说文件收齐了，如果语言不达标就拒绝；还是说可能被条件录取呢？问了一圈Ai都说是条件录取。求解惑！ 问：May I ask if you happen to know whether my current application status is a rejection or
