美国签证催签大使馆回复 求解释

lz在北京申请b1b2旅游签被check，收护照了。
等了一个多月了，在usvisaschedule上面提了两个request，一个催签，一个申请借出护照，两个回复了一样的信息，大概意思是被escalated了一个case，但我没太明白这是针对借出的还是针对催签的，这是允许我借出还是不能借的意思呢，还是说要等，这得等多久呢……一般来说我看借出都是立刻同意了的。并且听说如果不能借出护照说明已经快批了，但我不知道我这个是不是这个意思。有没有懂的朋友帮忙看看。
