To Perspective Ph.D. applicants,
We seek highly motivated and enthusiastic Ph.D. students to assist and conduct highly independent research on the NIH-funded Community Behavioral Intervention Research study(R01) related to LDCT lung Cancer Screening and smoking cessation. Together with the Principal Investigator and research team, the Ph.D. students will be actively engaged in preparing Institutional Review Board (IRB) materials, conducting intervention, data collection/analysis, and manuscript development for the dissemination of research findings. Qualifications: *Doctoral degree(Ph.D., DrPH, ScD) in behavioral and community health, health education and promotion, epidemiology, public health, social sciences, or related field with strong qualitative and quantitative data analysis skills. *Background or strong interest in multiple-level multiple-domain intervention, community engagement, mixed methods research, or population science *Candidates are expected to have excellent written and verbal communication skills and experience working with a multidisciplinary team. *Knowledge of cancer, tobacco control, intervention, and health disparities.
