美本作弊被warning，现在申请本校研究生选择隐瞒风险几何？

如题，主包当时问过给我下warning处罚的director,对方回答的原文是“This will have no effect on your moving forward since it is just a warning. It doesn't get reported and isn't on your transcript. “

但现在申请本校的研究生问到“Have you ever been involved in any academic or non-academic disciplinary action?” 直接选NO的风险大吗？
