Power Grid Modernization Lab (PGML) at Oklahoma State University is seeking highly motivated students with a Master's degree to join our Ph.D. program and contribute to research in Power Systems, Power Electronics, and Control with a strong focus on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AI/ML). Multiple positions are available for students eager to work on cutting-edge research projects in collaboration with a broad network of academic and industry partners. Successful candidates will engage in interdisciplinary research at the intersection of energy systems, controls, optimization, and data-driven intelligence. Positions are available for Summer 2026 and Fall 2026, and applicants currently residing in the United States are preferred.

- 已在美国境内
- 有电力系统仿真软件使用经验(如 PSLF、PSCAD、PowerWorld、PSSE 等)
- 有硬件在环(Hardware-in-the-Loop)实时仿真平台使用经验
- 具有相关实验或工程实操经验
- 有论文发表记录

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field
- Strong background in Power Systems, Power Electronics, or Control
- Experience in mathematics, AI/ML, or optimization techniques
- Ability to conduct independent research and collaborate in a multidisciplinary team
- Strong academic record; prior research experience
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Domestic students or international students who are already in the U.S.
- Experience with power system simulation software (e.g., PSLF, PSCAD, PowerWorld, PSSE)
- Experience with hardware-in-the-loop real-time simulators.
- Hands-on experience
