Supervisor Introduction
Dr. Danli SHI is a Research Assistant Professor jointly appointed by the Department of Artificial Intelligence and the School of Optometry at PolyU. She specializes in developing generative AI algorithms and their clinical translation. Dr. Shi serves as the AI Research Team Leader within Prof. Mingguang HE’s group. She is also a co-inventor of multiple patents in generative AI.

HK$18,000–24,000 per month.

Requirements
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- Bachelor’s GPA > 3.8/4.0 (for HKPFS) or > 3.6/4.0 (for PRPgs).
- Demonstrated hands-on project experience in algorithm development or application.
- Publication in a CCF-A/B conference or Q1 journal is preferred.
- Strong interest in digital innovation.
- 4 years for Bachelor’s degree holders.
- 3 years for MPhil holders.
- 4 years for Master’s degree holders without a research component.
