About Prof. Bo Yuan
Dr. Yuan is currently the associate professor in Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Rutgers University. He received BS and MS degrees from Nanjing University, China. He received his PhD degree from University of Minnesota. He is the recipient of NSF CAREER Award, Rutgers Board of Trustees Research Fellowship for Scholarly Excellence, IEEE TCSDM Early-Career Award, Broadcom Global Research Competition Finalist Award.
About Prof. Bo Yuan's Lab
Dr. Yuan's lab works on multiple technical stacks towards building next-generation intelligent systems, including efficient AI/ML algorithm, energy-efficient hardware design, intelligent robotic computing, secure/reliable/robust AI, AI-powered domain applications and quantum computing. The research works have been published in NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR, ECCV, EMNLP, IROS, ISCA, MICRO, ASPLOS and HPCA. The Ph.D students in the lab have internship experience in Google, Meta, Amazon, Nvidia, IBM, Samsung, Snap, Bytedance USA and Tencent USA. The job placements include Meta, Amazon, Nvidia, Tenure-track faculty positions in US R1 university and startup company.
