Dr. Rong-Rong Chen in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Utah is seeking a highly motivated Ph.D. student to conduct research in machine learning for wireless communications and signal/image processing. Preference will be given to applicants with expertise in at least two of the following areas: deep learning, signal processing/wireless communications, and optimization.
