【上海，父母B签】缺材料，补交材料后

我父母7月14日在上海B签面签。面签缺少两份材料。1）是邀请人的护照；2）申请人的工作经验。
1）我们在7月16日护照通过电子邮件发给了U.S. Consulate Shanghai（[email protected]）并得到了回复。并且说“If you have additional questions about your visa application, please email 1point3acres.com.”
2）我们修改的DS160并重新提交，并电子邮件给 [email protected]，但没有得到回复。
现在是8月21日，在visa status的状态还是停留在7月14日。我试图给“[email protected]” 发邮件询问。但是这个电子邮件没有发送成功，得到了“smtp7.gate.iad3b.rsapps.net rejected your message to the following email addresses:
1point3acres.com
The address you sent your message to wasn't found at the destination domain. It might be misspelled or it might not exist. Try to fix the problem by doing one or more of the following:” 的信息。我用的是hotmail邮箱。
我想请教
1）如何询问状态，比如电子邮件，电话等。我搜索了一下，并没有找到有用信息。
2）我也在签证提交的网站提交询问，但得到的是模版回复。比如我并不确定上海的签证中心是否知道2）已经修改并重新提交。
