实验室研究方向: Our lab is highly interdisciplinary, with a focus on brain imaging and genetics based disease progression modeling and early detection of Alzheimer's disease. We have long term collaboration with our medical school, Purdue University, UPenn, Duke University and Mayo Clinic.
对口专业背景：genetics, proteomics, and/or single cell -omics data analysis. Machine learning will be a plus.
实验室文章发表以期刊为主，例如Briefings in Bioinformatics, Alzheimer's & Dementia, Trends in Genetics, Journal of Alzheimer's Disease. 目前实验室有多项NSF/NIH sponsored projects， 经费充足。博后文章被接收的话每年可参加会议(ISMB, AAIC, ASHG, SfN, RECOMB, etc)两次。
