SFU MSCS 疑似收到降录通知

昨天收到 SFU 的通知，申的是 thesis based，请问这样是代表 thesis based 一定不会上吗?所以才要降录，另外请问 MPCS 值得读吗?一开始是奔着做 CV CG 的研究去的，现在被这样一搞不知道要不要继续申
