SFU MSCS 疑似收到降錄通知

昨天收到 SFU 的通知，申的是 thesis based，請問這樣是代表 thesis based 一定不會上嗎?所以才要降錄，另外請問 MPCS 值得讀嗎?一開始是奔著做 CV CG 的研究去的，現在被這樣一搞不知道要不要繼續申
