我这个算逾期居留美国吗？回国办签证会被拒签吗？
本人现在是拿着I20的F1 PhD学生。7年没回国了，最近有回国的打算，计划要把过期的F1重新续签一下。但是，我最近突然意识到如下一个问题。
我在【学校A】读的Master，在【学校B】（现学校）读的PhD

• 根据我毕业的【学校A】I-20，我的 【学校A】Master Program于 2022 年 3 月 18 日结束，
• 【学校A】OPT的（1 年） OPT 从 2022 年 5 月 16 日开始（在这个期间并未找到工作，所以这个 OPT 从未使用过。）
• 根据我【学校B】的第一份I20，我的【学校B】PhD 于 2022 年 8 月 23 日开始。

所以我担心几件事：

1. 两个Program的时间间隔是 5 个月 5 天（根据我网上的搜索，要求 < 5 个月）。我当时的居留时间合法吗？
2. 【学校A】OPT 和【学校B】开始之间的差距：因为我从未用那个 OPT 找到工作。3 个月零 8 天的差距 比 90 天的失业限制高出 8 天，所以我才发现这是个问题
3. 我丢失了 UCLA OPT 的 EAD 卡，但有 I-20。我过境时需要带旧的 EAD 卡吗？

另外，我要说的是，2022 年夏天是中国和美国的 COVID 晚期，所以我当时无法做出有效的旅行安排。不知道这个理由有没有用

我后来去dig了一下了新的信息（是UW的信息，我不是UW毕业的btw，所以不知道能不能apply in general link iss.washington.edu ）
我应该那么 我是在2022/06/15 initiate SEVIS transfer的，应该是在OPT 90天unemployment结束之前，如果从这个时间开始算的话就是 到2022/08/23是五个月以内
Eligibility for an F-1 SEVIS Record Transfer

• You must currently be maintaining F-1 status
• You must have an offer of admission from a new school
• If you already graduated or completed OPT, you must still be within your 60-day grace period
• The start of classes at your new school must be within 5 months of one of the following:
• • academic program completion at UW
  • last day of enrollment at UW (if not graduating from UW)
  • OPT authorization end date
  • For students not completing OPT period, the requested SEVIS I-20 transfer/release date

If the period of time between F-1 activities is longer than 5 months, your SEVIS record is not eligible for transfer. Your new school must issue a new initial I-20 with a new SEVIS number.
