Dr. Xi (Sunshine) Niu, an Associate Professor in CS at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte (USA), is seeking a self-motivated and self-disciplined Ph.D. student with CS background and is interested in the field of AI, with focuses on Information Retrieval, Recommender Systems, and Text Mining. Full financial support will be provided (including RA/TA stipend, tuition payment, and health insurance coverage).
