给一个招生的老师询问招生情况，是个棒子= =虽说和别人真正用英语交流很少，但是即使这样，我咋无形中感到了一种 对方不开心 的感觉
也是是我错觉。我就是纯吐槽一下，这事我也没怎么放在心上= =
We have not started admission process for Fall 2015 because the deadline of Fall 2015 application is February 1st and the number of PhD students for Fall 2015 is not decided yet.
We look at the complete application, including TOEFL/GRE score, letters of recommendation, transcripts, and the personal statement. Without a complete application it is not possible to say how likely it is that a student will be offered admission.
