我在grace period结束前拿到了offer并且开始了h1b transfer的process， 但是因为holidays的原因律所来不及处理所以拖到了现在才file h1b COS.

12/28 b2 applicaiton 寄到uscis
1/3 今天看的时候已经显示money order cash out
公司律所要求拿到b2 recipet notice才能file h1b transfer
