香港大学CS博士拒信

今天收到拒信才登录进去系统查看。看到推荐人（我硕导）直到现在都没给我提交推荐信，是不是这个导致的直接被拒，根本没有进入pool里边？硕导时常说他没有收到邮件，好像该北京高校邮件过滤系统异常强大，硕导经常收不到推荐信邀请链接。
白浪费我申请费啊。拒了又不退申请费给我。。。。
