前言
BG：雅思7.5，GRE325，托福短期备考2周106，分不高但够用。适用于有一定英语基础的快速突击
备考资料：托福100、kmf网站（有学术讨论题目）：TPO从后往前做，toeflresources网站（口语范文）
总结：不适合长期，建议速战速决，重点关注口语和写作，需要反复练习。写作可以ChatGPT评分，可以搜到很多别人调教好的GPT；口语可以反复练习录音直到熟练，口音不重要，需要清晰娓娓道来的感觉，不需要用高级词汇。
备考方法
阅读
托福阅读部分相对简单，题目往往按段落顺序出现，并指明答案所在段落。我的做法是：
1. 首先快速浏览首段，了解文章主题；
2. 查看题目，再定位到对应段落阅读；
3. 对于最后一道题，选择最能概括主要意思的句子，避免细节信息。
如果你有GRE基础，建议做两套题熟悉题型即可
听力
托福听力注重核心内容，会有提示词，特别是转折和重点部分：
; Conversation：有一些必考题目如学生的来访目的等。
; Lecture：内容涵盖学科知识，理解程度与个人知识储备和兴趣有关。可以重点联系不擅长的科目
Tips：
; 笔记非关键，材料较短，理解清楚的内容不易遗忘。
; 地理课常考成因和排序题，建议记关键词的顺序。
; 每天练习一套TPO，错题复听，平时可以听科学美国人来训练。
口语
口语是备考重点，建议每个Task背一个模版并练习10道题。可以参考以下范文：

; Task 2-4：YouTube上的youtube.com，她提供的笔记示范也可借鉴
Task 1：建议举一个具体例子，不必真实但要详细，可以准备一些万能理由，比如“锻炼技能应对职场”或“帮助放松身心”。可以在小红书查找常用理由。
