Professor Zhien Wang from Stony Brook University is recruiting 1-2 highly motivated PhD students for Fall 2025. The research areas include remote sensing and atmospheric boundary layer studies. The ideal candidates should have a strong passion for research and be proactive in pursuing scientific challenges.
Zhien Wang joined Stony Brook University in September 2023 as an Empire Innovation Scholar, bringing with him extensive experience in remote sensing and atmospheric boundary layer studies. Prior to this, he was a professor at both the University of Wyoming and the University of Colorado Boulder, where he made significant contributions to the field.
Stony Brook University, part of the prestigious State University of New York (SUNY) system, is renowned for its strong research programs in various disciplines, including science, engineering, and environmental studies.
