[日本H1B首签丝滑过] 求问护照pickup预约方式

之前在地里其他帖子里看到护照pickup要提前预约，今天收到邮件里关于pickup的说明如下，意思是不需要预约直接去就可以了吗？
打开 ayobaspremium.jp 这个网站也并没有找到关于pickup的选项

For pickups, please visit Samoncho Pacs bld 4F, 13 5 Samoncho, Shinjuku, Tokyo
Opening hours from 9:15-13:15 with a cut off time at 13:00 from Monday to Friday(except on holidays)
Please bring your Photo ID and details of your documents to be picked up including your UID#; DS160# and Passport#
Also a Power of Attorney (if applies)
*Please have these ready, otherwise we could not give the documents to you

spec：H1B首签/中国护照/日本永居
timeline：
10/9 东京面签 - 要了i797，永居证复印件，详细简历。详细问了工作经历，如何获得日本永居，父母现在住在哪里。当场approve
10/9 status更新为approved
10/10 status更新为issued
10/11 收到邮件通知去pickup或选择delivery
