22号晚上提交的申请

请教大家一个问题：
因为DS2019下的非常快，我向Cultural Vistas（我的签证服务商）发邮件表示感谢，并提到我要境内转身份。
但是Cultural Vistas说不让转身份，邮件部分原文如下:
”This is not possible. You must leave the US and apply for a visa. This will not be approved.“
"Cultural Vistas do not support change of status. Please cancel the application as soon as possible. In order to get the J1 visa, you must leave the U.S. and apply for a visa at the embassy/consular outside the U.S."
”I am confirming that Cultural Vistas do not support a change of status“
但是我的转身份申请确实又批准了, 我还需要重新出境办J1 visa吗?
如果按照正常境外办签证的流程，我需要向Cultural Vistas报道自己到美国了。
