本课题组 在University of South Carolina招收博士生和博士后。课题的研究方向是生物模拟计算。
(1) 博士生职位 (生物医药工程):
研究方向是生物或者材料计算模拟和实验,machine learning相结合。
提供全奖 ,年工资$30,000,学费免除。2024年秋季或者2025年春季入学。
基本要求:
有quantum, atomistic or coarse grained molecular dynamics simualtions 或者 machine learning 研究经验
数学基础好的理工科本科生或者硕士生,都可以申请。
能熟悉C++, C, Fortran或者Python, 有一定的编程基础 ;
4. Tofel的最低分是 80, or IELTS 最低分 6.5; GRE不要求;GPA > 3.2;
(2) 博士后或者Scientist 职位:
课题方向是生物材料或者纳米材料模拟计算。博士后年工资是$55k-60k, 初始工作期限1-2年. 入职时间flexible:2024年夏天,秋天或者冬天。
Required qualifications:
1) Expertise in QM/MM, constrained DFT, Machine learning based MD, metadynamics simulations, cellular simulation, or/and kinetic Monte Carlo.
2) Expertise in the simulations of interfacial redox and electron transfer, enzymatic reactions, polymers or nanoparticles.
3) Good programming skills.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Knowledge in one or more of the following areas: (1) experience in the quantum simulations; (2) machine learning, metadynamics simulations or the development of coarse-grained forcefield parameters would be a plus. Experience in handling big data would also be a plus.
