1. CS 6515. Intro to Grad Algorithms.
One of the most important course to take. Interview algorithm/skills are provided. Techniques to answer question like DP, MapReduction are shown here. Plus it is practically the requirement. A lot of work and difficult course but you will be able to learn a lot if you put in a lot of effort.

2. CS 6601. Artificial Intelligence
Excelent course to have a good introduction into AI. Long homework and exam but also interesting materials. Graph Theory (DFS/BFS/etc.) are one of the more popular reason to take this.

3. CS 6300. Software Dev Process:
One of the easier course. Take this if you are short on time for the course. You will learn to develop an application in Android. Good for anything wanting to break into SDE.

1. CS7646. Machine Learning for Trading.
One of the better class I have taken here. Good introduction into application of Machine Learning. Doesn't require much statistical knowledge of machine learning to get an A. Easy to get an A actually. Taught in Python.

2. CS7641. Machine Learning.
Taught by well-known professor. Video format is a bit weird with the professors having a discussion/chitchat. But homeworks and finals are good if you can work through them. They provide a deep understanding into the subject. One of the must-take course.

3. CS6035. Introduction to Internet Security.
Cool. Easy class. Light quizes/projects.

4. ISYE 6501. Introduction to Analytics Modelling.
Similar to CS7646. A decent precursor to Machine Learning class. Very easy as well. Light homework.

5. CSE 6242. Data and Visual Analytics
Good introduction into front end (D3, Javascript, Tableu, etc.). 4 Projects. Light work.

6. CS 6440. Introduction to Health Analytics.
Still not sure what class this is about. Poorly designed. Avoid if possible.
