导师简介：
Dr. Guan-Hua Tu (cse.msu.edu）

• 博士毕业于美国UCLA（University of California, Los Angeles) Computer Science专业
  

• 曾经在著名通信半导体公司-联发科（MediaTek）工作，担任wireless communication software engineer and project manager等职位
  

• 导师善于指导学生，带领学生发表了众多期刊和会议论文，其中包括多计算机网络和信息安全领域的顶级会议/期刊，比如ACM SIGCOMM, MobiCom, MobiSys, CCS, IEEE Transactions on Mobile Computing, IEEE/ACM Transactions on Networking等
  

• 实验室论文/研究项目曾多次获得学术界最佳论文奖/Runner-up, 以及业界表彰，比如ACM MobiCom Best Community Paper Runner-Up, IEEE CNS Best paper, ACM GetMobile Research Highlight, Google Security Reward, Facebook (Meta) Security Award, AT&T Security Award等
  

• 实验室论文/研究项目拥有8项US专利
  

• 实验室论文/研究项目曾被 Homeland Security News, NBC News, Wilx TV, Wood TV, WILS Morning Wake-Up, ISSSource, EurekAlert等多家媒体报道

• Michigan State University位于美国密歇根州东兰辛地区（East Lansing), 距离底特律机场一个半小时，交通方便
  

• 生活宁静但不乏乐趣，去周围大小城市距离适中。路程半小时/一小时内可逛街，可赏枫，可滑雪，可划船，学校球类文化丰富
  

• 生活成本不高，PhD TA/RA工资能cover日常支出
