I am looking for self-motivated students with strong mathematical and programming skills to work with me on Data Privacy (e.g. Differential Privacy), Cybersecurity (e.g. secure multi-party computations), Adversarial Machine Learning, etc.
Personal Information:
Dr. Han Wang will join the Department of Computer Science of University of Kansas as an Assistant Professor. Han Wang graduated from the Department of Computer Science at Illinois Institute of Technology, advised by Dr. Yuan Hong. She got her M.Sc. degree in Software Engineering from Huazhong University of Science and Technology, China. Her research focuses on security and privacy (e.g., differential privacy, local differential privacy, secure multiparty computation, and applied cryptography), as well as trustworthy machine learning (e.g., attack, robustness, privacy, and fairness). She has published numerous research results in top security and data science conferences and journals, such as S&P/Oakland, CCS, KDD, PETS, ICDE, EDBT, ICDCS, TDSC and TKDE.
