想申MPhil/PhD

UQ Bachelor of Commerce-Accounting and Business Information Systems
HKUST Master of Arts in Social Science
目前情况:
拿到四大（不是裁员厉害的那个）咨询offer, 入职时间是十月中旬
目前HK签证IANG，想转优才高才续签7年。

想申请PhD和MPhil，欧洲岗位制PhD投了三个，澳洲套瓷了三个，没音讯。请问现在的情况申请还有希望吗
